reducing analysis time and maintaining good efficiency.
The present work
describes a rapid, simple, precise, selective stability indicating RP-HPLC
method for simultaneous estimation of Atazanavir and Cobicistat in tablet
dosage forms.
A Phenomenix C8
column of 250 × 4.6 mm internal diameter, 5 µm particle size with mobile phase
consisting of O.1 M ammonium acetate and methanol of HPLC grade in the ratio of
1:1 was used. The flow rate was maintained at 1.2 ml/min. The effluents were
monitored at 268 nm.
