Effect of Green Synthesis Clay Nano Composite Material on Reactive Dye of Methyl Orange

Dye of Methyl Orange

Textile is a leading industry of every country because of necessity of clothes and a textile industry plays a vital role in the industrial sectors and it consume lots of water for their usage as well as they dispose equal amount of wastewater with toxic dye contents.
When textile wastewater is disposed to natural system, it creates major impacts to human as well as natural environment such as human related diseases, pollution of natural system etc.,

So, it is necessary to treat them effectively for the purpose of protection of Environmental condition and also to save humans and animal life. The Ocimum Tenuiflorum (Tulsi) leaves extract arbitrated green synthesis of silver coated nanoparticles (AgNPs) was used as an adsorbent for dye removal.

Experimental and Theoretical Investigation of the Molecular and Electronic Structure of 3-Acetoxy-2-Methylbenzoic Acid using Quantum Chemical Computational Calculations

Chemical Computational Calculations
In this work, experimental and theoretical study on the molecular structure of 3-acetoxy-2-methyl benzoic acid (3A2MBA) is performed based on the quantum mechanical approach by density functional theory (DFT) calculations.

The optimized geometrical parameters were done by DFT using the B3LYP method show good agreement with experimental X-ray data. The vibrational harmonic frequencies were scaled using scale factors, yielding a good agreement between the experimentally recorded and the theoretically calculated values with the aid of a calculation of the Total energy distribution (TED).

The population of electrons in core, valance and Rydberg sub-shells has been predicted. The natural hybrid atomic orbital studies enhance us to know about the type of orbitals and its percentage of s-type and p-type character.

The Mathematical Description of the Electro Polymerization of the ComplexForming Monomers over Transition Metals

metalorganic complexes

The choosing of the monomer for the resulting conducting polymer is determined by how the polymer materials are going to be used.

For example, the polymers, used as corrosion protecting coatings, have to be stable and adherent, and those used in sensors and biosensors must possess affinity to the analyte.

On the other hand, other monomers may have their electropolymerization on some metals accompanied by the complex formation. This phenomenon has already been observed during the electrochemical modification of the organic compounds and during their electropolymerization.

Prediction of Melting Point and Aqueous Solubility of Barbiturates

Aqueous Solubility of Barbiturates

Classical Barbiturates are formed by substituting one or both hydrogen atoms at the 5-position with alkyl, aryl, and/or alicyclic groups.

In this study, a previously develop ed UPPER (Unified Physicochemical Property Estimation Relationships) approach is applied to predict the melting points and aqueous solubilities of a series of barbiturates.

The descriptors from a previously developed UPPER model on hydrocarbons are used to generate new descriptors for barbiturate ring using multiple linear regression analysis. Melting points can be predicted solely from additive enthalpic and non-additive entropic descriptors.

An Evaluation of Anti-Microbial Pattern of Escherichia coli Isolated from Clinical Samples at a Tertiary Care Hospital

Anti-Microbial Pattern of Escherichia

Antibiogram is the periodic evaluation of antimicrobial susceptibility pattern of bacterial isolates in a local area. It helps clinicians in selecting antimicrobials for empirical therapy and monitors the development of resistance.

This study is a move to determine the antimicrobial susceptibility pattern of E. coli from urine, exudate and blood samples. It is a retrospective review of in-patient culture results of urine, exudate and blood samples were investigated from January 2015 to December 2015.

A total of 254 reports were obtained for analysis of antimicrobial susceptibility for 19 antibiotics. Out of the total 254 E. coli isolates, the highest number of positive E. coli isolates were found among urine samples (74%) followed by exudates (21%) and blood (5%).

Chemopreventive Efficacy of Fisetin against Benzo(a)pyrene Induced Lung Carcinogenesis in Experimental Animals Swiss Albino Mice

Lung Carcinogenesis The present study was designed to evaluate the effects of oral administration of the fisetin on lung tumour initiation by orally applied Benzo(a)pyrene (B(a) P).

Its effects on biochemical markers enzymes as well as pathological markers were evaluated. The pathological enzyme activities were increased (P<0.05) in lung cancer bearing animals when compared with control group animals.

Fisetin-treated animals from groups-3 and- 4 showed a significant (P<0.05) decreases in the levels of these enzymes when compared to B(a)P induced group-2 animals. Levels of glycoprotein and activities of membrane ATPases play an important role in the carcinogenesis.

Green Synthesis of Copolymer Electrolytes for Lithium Batteries Catalyzed by an Ecocatalyst Maghnite-H+

Green Synthesis of Copolymer Electrolytes

The ideal electrolyte material for a solid-state battery would have the ionic conductivity of a liquid, the mechanical properties of a solid, and the formability of a commodity thermoplastic.

The ionic conductivity changed with the molecular weight of the polymer, it varies inversely with the glass transition temperature. In our study, to achieve high ionic conductivity, we synthesize copolymer PDMS/PEO as polymer electrolytes by a simple method.

One step of catalytic ring opening polymerization using Maghnite-H+ (Mag-H+), a montmorillonite sheet silicate clay exchanged with protons. It is preferred for its many advantages: a very low purchase price compared to other catalysts, the easy removal of the reaction mixture.

Determination of Mineral Composition of Some Wild Edible Plants Consumed by Bodos of Assam, North-East India

Mineral Composition of Some Wild Edible Plants

In the present study, the macro and micro elements present in eleven wild edible plants consumed by Bodos of Assam from North-East India were assessed.

The study showed variable amounts of minerals content among the plant species which are presented herein and discussed. The heavy metals like cadmium and arsenic were not detected in the plant species.

The investigation showed that these non-conventional food sources are good sources of minerals and consumption of such vegetables can replace the malnutrition problems.
